As you can obviously tell from the website address, my name is Richard Essi.
Above all other titles, I identify myself first as a happily married husband, and an extremely proud father of two. My beautiful wife Diane and I met in the summer of 2001, and got married in the summer of 2003.
Today, we now have 2 children, a boy and a girl. Daniel was born in the summer of 2006 and Niyah (which means destiny/purpose in Swahili) was born in the spring of 2010.
In my short but rich 36 years on this earth, I have had the privilege of living and visiting several countries around the world. A few of these countries include:
The United Kingdom, Scotland, Switzerland (where I now live), The United States of America, Sierra Leone, Germany, Holland, France, Bulgaria, Sweden, Burundi, Cameroon, Guadeloupe, Demnark, Belgium, Equatorial Guinea, Italy, Canada, and many more scheduled.
The richness of the cultures, the people and the relational experiences have had a profound impact on my mindset and my perception of life.
If I could use one word to describe the overall impact, I would say…..EMPOWERED!
I am firm and passionate believer in Jesus Christ, and my life’s philosophy has been shaped by the eternal values that have been made available through biblical principles.
The value of each human on this earth is priceless. There is not a single human being on this earth who is just an “accident”.
I strongly believe that while being mortal beings, we can rise beyond our mortal limitations and have a profound and eternal impact on this earth.
I do not consider myself religious, but I do consider myself highly RELATIONAL. I choose authenticity over superficiality. I have tried, tested and proven in my life that giving authentically and unselfishly far outweighs in satisfaction anything I have ever received.
I have learnt and come to appreciate, and respect values such as Ethics (not only moral, but everything), Integrity, perseverance, faith, patience, trust, generosity, authentic relationships, forgiveness, and assertiveness in my personal convictions.
Beyond any monetary reward, the principles and values mentioned above are what I consider true success. Why? Simply because they are eternal, and no one can take them away from you!
It is from this mindset that I have developed a life philosophy that I have gladly shared with my customers, audiences, friends and relatives.
♣ HOW AM I QUALIFIED TO HELP YOU? ♣
I hate hype, and I am sure you do too, but what I actually like to boast the most about is my capacity to listen! I have indeed been blessed with an uncanny ability to listen to people – to listen past the audible expression and hear the real issue.
I love people and I especially love inspiring and motivating people to break through their mental, emotional and spiritual limitations in order to achieve their full potential. I am a personal life coach, speaker and writer, and this is what I eat breathe and sleep.
For an online example, Inspireroad.com is a site that I created to inspire entrepreneurs, by portraying the success stories of other web entrepreneurs.
I love the Internet. In my 18 years online, I have made a million mistakes….both as a consumer/customer, or as an entrepreneur. ”Failures” and “mistakes” are some of the best teachers, as getting it right all the time can make you think you are infallible.
I have owned a brick and mortar business, I am a network marketer, I am an online marketer. In other words, I know and understand the offline and online business world.
However, while all these experiences, twists and turns have allowed me to learn some incredible tips, and techniques to make money, they have especially helped me build a network of extraordinary people.
Here is the thing…the only thing blocking you from getting to where you want to be is your MINDSET. This is what I have seen time and time again, first with myself, and later with all the people I ever worked with.
The problem is not found in your lack of leads, or your lack of money. The problem is not found in your lack of technical knowledge, nor in your lack of strategic joint venture partners, or whatever it is you “think” you lack. That’s what makes you suffer from information overload and paralysis of analysis because you never feel capable or competent enough to take action and do something!
That’s where I can help you. I can help you break through those mental blocks. I can help you finish what you start, and you will be amazed at the sheer power of having the right mindset.
I love writing, and I could easily turn this into a 3 page write up about me, myself and I, but at the end of the day, it is really about how I can practically help you achieve your unique and specific goal. Why? Simple….because, it is more blessed to give than to receive!

Dear Dimitri,I have just read your white paper. This is the closest I have seen to a new absocial coctrantbb that I have been advocating for. While I certainly believe that this is a the way to what you have named the abinstitutional bail-outbb, and certainly an important beginning, in my view every single one of us needs to understand that we have an important share in the blame. The average Greek person will say that the country is “starved for reform”. At the same time, it is the same person that campaigns against loosing his/her monopolistic rents (regulated professions), or seeks a permanent position in the public sector, or simply does not pay taxes as there are no consequences. Deep down there is a fundamental distrust for the state, the roots to which go back many centuries. What the country is in great need of is a new political elite to renegotiate a new social coctrant regarding the Greek citizens’ rights and obligations. The new model for growth that McKinsey discusses is very important for greasing the wheels of the Greek economy. But it will not succeed if the institutions are not sanitised and people continue to perceive their interests to be perpendicular to those of the state. While I think that your views go a very long way in terms of sanitizing the institutions, I am a firm believer that we should put an equal amount of effort in understanding that our individual best interests and that of the state are one of the same. Changing the abnootropiabb that everybody complains about, should be a crucial objective and an integral part of our efforts forward. I do not have a abwhite paperbb for this, and I certainly think that we should start with the institutions. But we should campaign for the need for change; if not for our sake at least for the sake of our children, whose future we have shamelessly mortgaged. Kind regardsMaria
